• Smoothies & Juices: Add Sea Moss gel to the blender along with all of the other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
• Tea, coffee's or other hot drinks: Add any hot/warm drink. Sweeten to your liking.
• Porridge/smoothie Bowls: Add to a bowl of porridge before topping and mix well. Top with your desired toppings
• Hot foods/stews: Mix to the hot foods and mix well. (Tip: add the Sea Moss once the curry has cooked through and the heat has been turned off)
• Thicken It: Use it as a natural, vegan alternative to gelatine or cornstarch in homemade puddings, gravies, and soups.
