- Smoothies & Juices: Add Sea Moss gel to the blender along with all of the other ingredients, and blend until smooth.
- Tea, coffee's or other hot drinks: Add any hot/warm drink. Sweeten to your liking.
- Porridge/smoothie Bowls: Add to a bowl of porridge before topping and mix well. Top with your desired toppings
- Hot foods/stews: Mix to the hot foods and mix well. (Tip: add the Sea Moss once the curry has cooked through and the heat has been turned off)
- Thicken It: Use it as a natural, vegan alternative to gelatine or cornstarch in homemade puddings, gravies, and soups.

If you’ve purchased multiple moss gels, freezing them until ready to use is recommended. For convenient portioning, consider decanting the gel into an ice cube tray. Enjoy a refreshing boost by adding one cube to your smoothies, porridge, or overnight oats.
